As technology scales, high power consumption issue arises and relevant research are conducted these days. Among those research, emerging non-volatile memory technology (STT-RAM, ReRAM, etc.) is one of the alternatives. Using non-volatile memory, we design low power FPGA architecture which reduces power consumption keeping or enhancing performances. An FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array) is an integrated circuit designed to be configured by a customer or a designer after manufacturing. Due to its programmability, it is used in various areas which include verification of SoC, SW accelerators, etc. Our research explores various architectures as well as software mapping methods that can deliver both low power consumption and high performance.
